Follow the steps below to adjust permissions:
Step 1: Access Your Hosting File Manager or FTP

Log in to your hosting account and open the File Manager in cPanel (or connect using an FTP client such as FileZilla).

Navigate to the directory where your script is installed.
Your Hosting > CPanel > File Manager
Step 2: Adjust File Permissions

Locate the folder:
/settings_default.php

Set its permission to 775.

In some hosting environments, if the script still cannot write or cache templates, temporarily set the permission to 777.
Your Hosting > CPanel > File Manager > settings_default.php
Step 3: Adjust Folder Permissions

Locate the folder:
/tmpl_c

Set its permission to 775.

In some hosting environments, if the script still cannot write or cache templates, temporarily set the permission to 777.

Step 4: Apply Changes and Test

Save the changes and refresh your script in the browser.
