Step 1: Access Your Hosting File Manager or FTP

Log in to your hosting account and open the File Manager in cPanel (or connect using an FTP client such as FileZilla).

Navigate to the directory where your script is installed.

Step 2: Adjust File Permissions

Locate the folder:

Your Hosting > CPanel > File Manager > settings_default.php
Step 3: Adjust Folder Permissions

Locate the folder:

Your Hosting > CPanel > File Manager > tmpl_c
Step 4: Apply Changes and Test
