Terms & Conditions for Affiliate and Reseller Programs

1. Overview
By participating in the CodeKine Affiliate Program or Elite Reseller Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These programs allow you to earn commissions on the sale of CodeKine products under specified rules and restrictions.
Affiliate Program: Earn 25% commission on sales generated via your unique referral link.
Elite Reseller Program: Purchase Pro license packages at discounted rates and resell them independently, earning 35–40% profit margins.
2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Participants must provide accurate personal and payment information.

Participants must have a verified account with CodeKine.
3. Commission & Payment Rules
Affiliate Program (25%)

Commission: 25% per sale.

Payment threshold: $50 USD minimum.

Payment method: USDT, networks supported: BEP20 (Binance), Polygon (MATIC), Solana (SOL), ERC20 (Ethereum).

Payment schedule: Every 30 days to the wallet configured in the affiliate account.
Elite Reseller Program (35–40%)

Commission: Based on the package purchased, ranging from 35% to 40%.

Packages: Only Pro licenses included.

Sales model: Resellers set their own retail price and manage direct sales to clients.

Payment of profits: Resellers receive and manage their earnings directly; there is no scheduled payout since they control the resale of the license keys themselves.
4. Fraud, Abuse & Restricted Actions
CodeKine takes the integrity of its programs seriously. Participants must never attempt fraudulent activity. Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to:

Self-purchases: Using your own referral link or reseller package to earn commissions.

Multiple accounts: Creating duplicate or fake accounts to manipulate sales or commissions.

Wallet or transaction manipulation: Attempting to exploit wallets or payment flows for unfair gain.

Chargeback or payment exploitation: Attempting to reverse payments or gain commissions unfairly.

Automated or artificial traffic/sales: Using bots, scripts, or other methods to inflate clicks, referrals, or sales.

Misrepresentation or collusion: Misleading promotions, fake sales, or coordinated manipulations.
Consequences:

Commissions from suspicious or fraudulent sales may be withheld, revoked, or adjusted.

Accounts involved in fraud or abuse may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

Participants attempting abuse or manipulative techniques will be disqualified from future programs.
Security & Monitoring:
CodeKine employs advanced anti-fraud and security systems, supported by AI and other technologies to detect suspicious activity. All flagged behavior is subject to manual review by our security team to ensure fairness and program integrity.
Note: Any attempt to circumvent these rules will be treated seriously. Participants are expected to act ethically, honestly, and in good faith at all times.
5. Compliance & Responsibility

Participants must comply with all applicable laws in their country, including regulations for digital sales, cryptocurrencies, and taxation.

Resellers are responsible for their own local business compliance and reporting.

CodeKine reserves the right to audit any sale or account activity at any time.
6. Termination

CodeKine may terminate any participant from either program without notice for violation of these terms.

Participants can voluntarily leave either program by contacting CodeKine support.
7. Limitation of Liability

CodeKine is not responsible for any lost profits, missed sales, or disputes between participants and their clients.

CodeKine reserves the right to modify program terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or the affiliate/reseller dashboard.
8. Key Notices & Warnings

These programs are designed for serious participants. Low-effort or fraudulent activity is actively monitored and prosecuted.

Your participation indicates agreement to adhere strictly to these rules.

CodeKine has full authority to deny, withhold, or reclaim commissions if abuse is suspected.
